Guided Tour to Upgraded Demo Recycling Firms

Under the project "Upgrading selected recycling shops for demonstration purpose", the Centre worked with five selected recyclers from late 2018 to early 2019. We upgraded the overall working environment in the 5 stores, in order to boost their efficiency and increase the recyclables' quality. The five stores had been renovated under the supervision of the Centre and new equipment had been installed.
From March to April 2019, guided tours to the 5 renovated stores were held. During the visit, Centre staff and the stores' owners shared their experience with the participants, who are from different sectors, such as academia, recycling industry and NGOs.
